Over the past few weeks America as a country has been faced with a new enemy. An enemy where for the first time in recent history we are not prepared for. It is not something physical that we can reach out and grab; it is a virus that seeps into our bodies and has already taken thousands of lives. COVID-19 has had sweeping effects on everyone in the population. From hospitals being filled, to the economy declining, to thousands of people losing their jobs and some being temporarily unemployed our nation as a whole has been shaken. Even though all these people have been effected negatively in their own respects, a group of the population that hasn't been talked about enough is the students who attend college. As you may know, every school across the country has been shut down and moved online. This decision, while done for the right reasons will have effects that will be felt for a long time.
